    What you’ll be doing

    We are looking for a Sales Progression Executive to effectively progress sales through to completion, including homes for shared ownership and market sale, delivering the sales programme to budget.

      • Liaise effectively with local authorities, mortgage advisors/lenders, solicitors and other external parties in order to progress sales to completion within the required timeframes.
      • Effectively manage the resales process on behalf of partner organisations CHP/Myriad Homes enter into contract with.
      • Work closely with the Sales Executives to deliver sales performance to targets (individual and team) and ensure sales are exchanged on notice.
      • Closely manage sales to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
      • Ensure that customers purchasing shared ownership homes are assessed for eligibility and affordability in line with the Homes England Capital Funding Guide and all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, including Anti Money Laundering and the Economic Crime Levy.

     

    What we’re looking for

      • Evidence of attainment of good literacy and numeracy or demonstrable prior learning, minimum level 4 GCSE/O level (or equivalent) at grade C or above (including English and Maths).
      • Experience of the house purchase/sales progression process.
      • Experience of working with mortgage advisors/lenders, solicitors, surveyors, developers and agents.
      • Ability to manage own workload.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
